12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Acts 2: 1-4, 14-19 KJV
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.
16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
Today we are celebrating Pentecost Sunday which commemorates the Holy Spirit coming and descending upon the Apostles, as Jesus said He would. Many believers recognize Pentecost as the birth of the Church.
Today marks 50 days (seven weeks) after Easter and 10 days after the Ascension, which we learned that Pentecost means 50.
We are wearing the color red for Pentecost, to symbolize the fire of the Holy Spirit.
As we think about what the color red is symbolizing, reflect upon what it would feel like to experience the fire of the Holy Spirit today!!! It’s the M&M’s for me!!! Miracles & Manifestations!!!
The word fire means – The fire here is a manifestation of God.
Those who were gathered at Pentecost were on fire, in the Holy Spirit.
They were on fire for God. They desired to share this experience, and the direct effect of the coming of the Holy Spirit enabled the people to repent, believe, and be baptized.
Being on fire, for God, means that we must experience the Holy Spirit’s life giving presence.

How do we do that, and what is all of the hype about? I’m glad you asked.
Let’s look at what God is saying to us today!
In the book of John chapter 14,
Jesus is speaking here to His disciples, and we too should hear what He has to say!!!
Jesus says that I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. These are Jesus’s words not mine!
It’s the M&M’s for me!!! Miracles & Manifestations!!!
Therefore, since I believe in Him, I should be doing the same works and even greater works than what we know took place in the early church!!!
How many of you believe in Jesus on today?
Come on and get excited about Jesus is saying we will do!!! He didn’t say can do, or could do! He said WILL DO!!!
Repeat after me!!!

Jesus says today, that you can ask for anything in His name, and He will do it, so that He can bring glory to God our Father.
He confirms His words by repeating it in the scripture. He says again, Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it! Is this not good news today!!!
Imagine knowing with assurance, that because you believe in Jesus and what He said, you can ask for anything (as long as it aligns with the word!) and you know with blessed assurance that He is going to do it!!!
He says “If you love me, obey my commandments. What are His commandments? A lesson for another time. But know for sure that He said to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself.
He said that He will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. This Advocate is the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth.
The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for Him and doesn’t recognize Him. But Jesus goes on to say, but we know the Holy Spirit, because He lives with us and in us for those of us who believe in Him.
God sent the Advocate (Holy Spirit) as Jesus’s representative to teach you everything and to remind you of everything Jesus told you while he was still on earth.
The Holy Spirit is alive and well and wants to operate in and through each of you today!!!

Because the Bible declares in the book of Acts in chapter two, that on the day of Pentecost all of the believers were meeting together in one place. We are talking the believers! And the Bible says that Suddenly! Somebody ought to say and suddenly!!!
Is there anyone here today that needs a suddenly to happen in their life!!!

The Bible says that there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. All or most of us have experienced the magnitude of a hurricane once or twice in our lifetime, and we know that sound when the eye of the storm is passing over us!!!
And the scripture says Then, which means once they heard the sound throughout the house, they saw!!!
Look at you neighbor and say, after they heard, they saw!!!
Look at someone else and say, after they heard, they saw!!!

What looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared! Do you hear this!!!
What looked like fire, settled on each of them. Come on Holy Ghost!!!
And the Bible says that everyone who was present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability. Tell somebody it’s Pentecost Sunday!!!

Then Peter stepped forward with the eleven other apostles and shouted to the crowd, “Listen carefully, all of you, fellow Jews and residents of Jerusalem! Make no mistake about this. These people are not drunk, as some of you are assuming. Think about it, it was Nine o’clock in the morning and that was much too early for them to be drunk already.
Come on now we talking normal people LOL
Peter says what you see was predicted long ago by the prophet Joel:
He prophesied that ‘In the last days,’ that God says, ‘He will pour out His Spirit upon all people. He said that our sons and daughters will prophesy.
Our young men will see visions, and our old men will dream dreams.

He said In those days what days? Now days!!! It’s your Now Days!!!
I will pour out my Spirit even on my servants—men and women alike—and they will prophesy, And I will cause wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below—blood and fire and clouds of smoke.
Come on somebody
It’s the M&M’s for me!!! Miracles & Manifestations!!!
By worshiping, praying, believing, serving, and deepening our faith in Christ, we experience the M&M’s!!! Miracles & Manifestations!!!
When we are on fire for God that means that we share that Pentecostal power of God’s Spirit that’s changing our lives, and therefore. Experience miracles & manifestations!!!
It’s the M&M’s for me!!! Miracles & Manifestations!!!
This Pentecostal experience was meant to be shared with others and not meant to be kept hidden.
On this Pentecost, may you be on fire for God. May you be on fire with the presence of the Holy Spirit, who comes to bring the sustaining power of God.
May you be on fire for God, who enables miracles & manifestations to happen.
May God burn within you, giving you the warm love of grace in your heart.
May you experience Miracles and Manifestations like never before!!!

Your Miracles & Manifestations may look different from mine, but the same God allows them!!!

Because red is the color that represents Pentecost, we are going to look for red in our packs of M&M’s.
And for each red that you have, it will represent a Miracle & Manifestation in your life or the life of your family!!!
We are going to pray with you and speak a Pentecost blessing over you and your life that God will bestow Miracles & Manifestations in your life like never before!!!
If you only have one red M&M or if your have several, it doesn’t matter, because He’s going to give you what you need today in your package.
Open your pack, and begin to praise and worship God for the Miracles & Manifestations that you are beginning to experience right now in Jesus name!!!
